本書是以台灣文學史為基礎架構，對六○年代到二十一世紀初的台灣文學史，以「後現代」為重心切入探討，並以黃凡（1950-）、平路（1953-）、張大春（1957-）、林燿德（1962-1996）四人的小說為主要觀察文本，讓「後現代」藉由四人的小說銜接台灣文學六○年代後各階段的文學流派、文藝思潮與文學現象。從鄉土文學、現代主義文學，擴及懷疑論式政治小說、都市文學，甚至是科幻小說，以及九○年代後與後殖民相混淆的文風，將後現代小說與在台灣文學史上具有代表性的文類相結合，突出台灣後現代小說在台灣文學史上既承先又啟後的歷史位置。【秀威資訊科技股份有限公司製作】
About the author
王國安，國立屏東科技大學通識教育中心助理教授。國立中山大學中國文學研究所博士。研究領域為台灣文學、現代小說、現代詩。著有《和平‧台灣‧愛──李魁賢詩與詩論》一書，並發表論文十數篇。
