不詳。清代中葉至民國期間，坊刻本丶改寫本眾多，回數情節增多，流傳甚廣。本網僅錄二百八十回本的前六十回。
作者：
王夢吉等著。以濟公為主角的小說，有明代穆宗隆慶四（１５７０）年署名“仁和沈孟柈述”的《錢塘漁隠濟顚禪師語錄》一卷。《濟公全傳》一書，則初由清人王夢吉撰，僅三十六則。王夢吉，字長齡，號香嬰居士，杭州人，約當清順治丶康熙時期在世。後有天花藏主人的《醉菩提全傳》二十回丶郭小亭的《評演濟公傳》二百四十回。此後，更有人續寫至一千二百回。
內容：
敍述南宋初年，臨安靈隠寺和尚道濟行為瘋顚，救世度人的故事。主角濟公和尚真有其人，是南宋浙江天台人，俗姓李名修緣，十八歲在杭州靈隠寺出家，法名道濟，為方便度世，佯為顚狂，因世稱濟顚。（開放文學）
