�正值全國上下深入開展學習實踐科學發展觀活動之際，經省委蘇榮書記的親自提議，去年4月1日至30日，我省在中央黨校舉辦了“江西省黨外領導干部學習貫徹科學發展觀專題研討班”。這是省委從加強中國共產黨領導的多黨合作和政治協商制度建設的戰略高度，著眼于提高黨外領導干部的政治素質和履職能力，促進我省統一戰線可持續發展而作出的重要部署。中央黨校對這次研討班高度重視，結合當時的形勢、江西的實際和黨外干部的特點，專門研究制定了教學方案，選派了精良的教學骨干，并在后勤保障、接待服務等方面提供了便利。全體學員發揚統一戰線和老區干部的優良傳統，以飽滿的政治責任感和奮發的學習激情，投入到學習中，展示了江西黨外干部的良好形象，取得了顯著的學習成效，受到了各有關方面的贊譽。
