About the author
程美寶 現任香港城市大學中文及歷史學系教授，廣州中山大學歷史人類學研究中心研究員，英國牛津大學博士。主要研究領域為中國社會文化史，曾在《歷史研究》、《近代史研究》、《史學月刊》、《史林》、《學術研究》、Frontiers of History in China、Gastronomica: The Journal of Critical Food Studies等學刊及其他文集出版中、英、日文論文多篇；編有《平民老倌羅家寶》、《把世界帶進中國：從澳門出發的中國近代史》、《省港澳大眾文化與都市變遷》等書。近年致力於從聲、色、味幾個方面，探討華南的地域文化如何在一個跨地域的情景中漸次形成。
