江苏省名中医，主任中医师，教授，博士研究生导师，医学博士。现为江苏省中医院名医堂高级中医肿瘤专家。出身祖传四代中医世家，为江苏著名孟河医派奠基人费伯雄学术经验传承人之一，为全国首届6名中医博士之一。先后3次赴日本东京大学等世界一流大学作抗癌访问学者3年。先后任江苏省中医药学会肿瘤分会主任委员、名誉主任委员，江苏省自然科学基金项目评审专家，国家食品药品监督管理局评审专家，国家自然科学基金项目评审专家，国家科学技术奖评审专家，国家“十二五”重点学科“中医肿瘤学”学科方向带头人。
