这个世界的起源，一切都是从盘古大神开辟天地而起，并以阳清者为上天，天数极高，又以阴浊者为下地，地数极深。
相传原初之海乃是洪荒时期大洪水的发源地，当时的天空破了一个大洞，水柱从南方倾泻而下，形成汪洋大海。因此，撑支天地的大柱折断，天塌下了半边，山林野火焚烧，洪水从地底湧流而出，千万只猛兽也跑出来吞吃人类，全天下都面临著空前浩劫。
古人因为害怕灾难，在地上建立起许多不同教派，并且造了海上宫殿，甚至还建造擎天塔想要逃往天界避难。据说后来，女娲炼石补天，水渐止息，人民才能重新过着平静安稳的生活。因此每当天空出现虹光绽放的时候，就是女娲补天所用的神石彩光，纪念这水不再氾滥、毁坏凡有血气活物的日子，籍此象征与地永立之约的记号。
数百年后，盘王开凿墓穴，殉葬了六千柄刀剑和四象宝环，并将混沌之力封印在魔像内，统驭天地创世之妙的奥秘便随着光阴埋没，遗忘在历史的洪流之中。
Tales of Terra Ocean
Long before the distant past, Earth was an organic whole without form and void。
