黃競聰，現職長春社文化古蹟資源中心副執行總監，香港史學會理事，盂蘭文化節執行委員會成員，海濱文化導賞會顧問，兼任大專講師。著有《拾遺城西：西營盤民間文獻與文物選錄》、《風俗通通識》、《西貢．非遺傳承計劃：西貢漁歌》（合著）、《西貢．非遺傳承計劃：西貢麒麟舞》（合著）、《香港非遺便覽與實踐》（合著）、《蒲台島風物志》（合著）、《香港華人生活變遷》（合著），主編《香港歷史與社會講座文集》、《風俗演義》，並發表多篇論文。
