隨著全球雲端運算與行動應用市場的發展，相關的新興軟體技術如虛擬化、巨量資料、行動資安等也成為佈局全球軟體市場的關鍵，對於經濟與社會的影響成為全球政府與業者重視的焦點。 新興軟體技術的應用能夠為企業採用者提供策略優勢，或在未來可能為市場帶來巨大變革。因此對於其市場發展趨勢的掌握成為資通訊業者進行策略布局的重點。 有鑒於此，本研究將聚焦於新興軟體技術當中的行動資安技術研究。行動資安技術有二個面向，其一為雲端資訊安全，包括雲端安全化(Security for Cloud)與資安即服務(Security as a Service)，前者為建置於雲端之系統與資料提供安全防護機制，後者則是以雲端服務模式提供資安服務，以強化企業整體資安效能。其二為終端資訊安全，包括行動裝置管理(Mobil Device Manegement, MDM)與行動資料防護(Mobil Data Protection, MDP)，前者為對於行動裝置在使用上的管控，後者則是對於行動裝置所存取資料的安全防護，並包括使用者的權限與隱私。 本書第一章為緒論，說明研究動機、研究範圍、研究方法與研究架構，第二章分析行動資安技術之發展趨勢，第三章以個案研究方式透視全球行動資安技術大廠的發展策略，第四章討論台灣業者在行動資安技術市場之優劣勢與機會，第五章歸納出結論與建議，提出台灣相關業者未來發展之可能布局策略。 希望透過本書，可以幫助我國資通訊業者深入瞭解行動資安技術最新之發展趨勢，進而掌握行動資安技術之發展與應用，以拓展軟體市場之潛在商機，並解析全球行動資安技術大廠之布局方向，提供我國業者作為策略規劃之參考。
