這一本兩萬多字的《Unicode碼輸入法》可以查電腦的Unicode碼和Big5內碼，是中文電腦使用者必備的工具查字、查碼手冊。
現在的小孩所接觸都是手機、電腦、平板，所以我們應該教些對他們比較實用的「電腦漢字」，讓他認識怎麼唸，怎麼打字（輸入）。
在台灣使用繁體中文字，早期電腦主流內碼是採用「Big5」，分「常用字」區和「次常用」區，共有一萬三千零五十三個字，而常用區只有五千四百零一個字。現在Windows 10已經使用「Unicode碼」，「Unicode碼」又譯做「統一碼」、「萬國碼」、「國際碼」、「單一碼」，它整理、編碼了世界上大部分的文字系統，使用電腦來處理文字。2020年3月公布的Unicode版本是13.0.0，已經收錄超過13萬個字元。
