About this ebook
新结构经济学是北京大学新结构经济学研究院长林毅夫教授及其合作者提出并倡导的关于经济发展和转型的理论。新结构经济学主张以历史唯物主义为指导，以新古典经济学的方法，从一个经济体每一个时点给定但随着时间可以变化的要素禀赋及其结构切入，来研究决定此经济体作为经济基础的生产力水平和生产关系的产业和技术，以及决定交易费用的硬的基础设施和作为上层建筑的软的制度安排等经济结构和其变迁的决定因素和影响。新结构经济学主张发展中国家或地区应从其自身要素禀赋结构出发，发展其具有比较优势的产业，在“有效市场”和“有为政府”的共同作用下，推动经济结构的转型升级和经济社会的发展。
