About this eBook
为了让读者了解胡适在读书做学问上的习惯、理念和方法，从而通过这个侧面了解胡适其人以及其思想学术，我们特意编写了本书。我们坚持以下几个原则：1.取材于已经公开出版的胡适著作；2.从胡适的文章和演讲中，撷取出二十几篇具有代表性的谈读书治学与立志做人的文章；3.选取的文章尽量保持原貌，不做改动；4.所选文章不是专业学术领域的，适合一般大众读者阅读。由于编者水平所限，书中难免有不当之处，敬请大家指正。
