About this ebook
隨著交通建設的興建及維護，定期及不定期的道路施工已成為所有用路人常見的事件。施工時必須使用現有道路或特定空間進行，施工區周邊所安排交通設施的標準與否，影響施工區內的人員設備、行經該區域的用路人以及當地住戶的便利及安全，所牽涉之層面甚廣。我國「道路交通標誌標線號誌設置規則」及「交通工程手冊」對施工所使用之佈設有相關規範，相對於其他交通工程課題的探討，國內有關施工區佈設的論述較為不足，而國外先進國家則已有較多的討論。本研究希望在此領域做初步探討，以增進施工單位對施工區安全的維護觀念，使我國施工區的佈設更細緻化，足以因應不同的道路環境條件，進而提昇用路人的行車安全及車流效率。
