About this ebook
本研究綜整國際創新應用服務示範場域的作法以及新技術、應用的發展趨勢，並掌握我國政策推動方向以及對創新應用服務之需求，定義出我國在創新應用服務推動過程中中央、地方政府和技術團隊之合作架構。根據此架構針對我國智慧交通示範場域、城鄉公共物聯網和無人機物流應用三個項目，分別進行場域推動。 創新應用服務提供過程當中不可欠缺通訊方式以及頻譜資源。本研究針對5G商用頻譜定義出短中長期頻譜規劃的框架，希望藉此找出在滿足國內使用需求的同時，也能在以應用為導向的5G技術發展過程當中，增加更多國際合作與輸出之機會。垂直場域之議題亦是未來5G發展的重點，本研究亦探討垂直場域專頻之必要性，並提出垂直場域專頻之政策規劃建議。
