近年来，党中央、国务院高度重视心理健康服务体系和社会心理服务体系的建设工作。十九大报告中提出，加强社会心理服务体系建设，培育自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上的社会心态。因此，很多心理学工作者开始把心理学的研究方向转到了社会心理服务。作者从2019年6月初到7月底，历经50天走访了11个市、县，在学校、基层法院、居民社区等地进行社会心理服务的实践与调研。在此过程中，作者根据自己20多年的实践经验，把对心理学服务社会的一些思想、理论和技术探索表达出来，汇集成书。希望本书能作为社会心理服务工作的实践操作指引，更好地促进社会心理服务工作在基层单位的推进。
