About this ebook
本研究係依據公共工程委員會函為推動垃圾焚化爐底渣再利用於公共工程，研議配合納入公路工程設計規範，期達成行政院環保署朝著垃圾零廢棄目標外，並能有效提升資源再利用率進行研究辦理。由於目前再生資源種類繁多，各種再生資源性質不一，?有效提升資源再利用率。本研究主要進行資源再利用於公共工程之規範草案研擬外，另須針對本部公路類規範進行全面審視，在研究過程中至少包含以訪談、問卷、研討等方式，並參考國外相關規範之制定及管理方式，於研究報告中列出規範需修正之輕重緩急建議，供作規範管理之參考
