고니시 히토리 도쿄 여자의과대학 유아행동발달학 강좌 특임 교수. 일본 유아학회 사무국장. 도쿄 여자의과대학에 유아행동발달학 강좌를 개설하여 운영하고 있으며, 현재 소아과병원의 원장이다. 의과대학 재학시절부터 유아에 대한 남다른 관심을 가지고 각종 세미나는 물론 각종 연구논문도 빠짐없이 분석하고 현실 적응의 가능 여부를 연구해 왔다. 따라서 이를 토대로 그동안 일반적으로 알려진 유아행동발달과 유아 교육 등이 실제적으로 잘못 알려진 사실을 밝혀내고 이를 알리는데 주력하고 있다.
