1984년 서울에서 태어났다. 한국예술종합학교 서사창작과를 졸업했다. 2005년 단편소설 ‘영이’로 제8회 창비신인소설상을 수상하며 데뷔했다. 저서로는 장편소설 《미나》, 《풀이 눕는다》, 《나b책》, 《테러의 시》, 《천국에서》가 있고, 단편집《02》, 에세이집 《설탕의 맛》이 있다. 2013년 《미나》가 프랑스어로 번역 출간 되었다.
