1926~1988년. 전라북도 임실에서 태어났다.
국학대학을 졸업하고 전주상고, 전주고, 배화여고에서 국어 교사로 교편을 잡았다.
1972년 한국방송작가협회 상임이사를 역임했다.
<안시성의 꽃송이>, <세종 대왕>, <남이 장군>, <숙부인>, <안방마님>,
<풍운 김옥균>, <영친왕 전하> 등 60여 편의 방송 작품을 남겼다.
저서로는 <민비>, <영친왕 전하> 등이 있다.
