About the author
박근형 저자 박근형은 1963년 서울에서 태어났다. 1986년 극단 76에 배우로 입단하면서 본격적인 연극 활동을 시작했다. 이후 1989년 습관의 힘을 연출해 연출가로도 데뷔했다. 1999년 청춘예찬으로 그해 모든 연극상을 휩쓸면서 연출가로서 이름을 알렸고, 관객과 평단으로부터 주목받기 시작했다. 비일상적 상황에서 일상을 포착한 작품을 다수 창작했다. 우울하면서도 희극적이고, 그로테스크하면서도 어둡지만은 않은 연극 분위기는 작품 전반에 깔려 있는 특징이다. 현재 한국예술종합학교 교수이자 극단 골목길 대표다. 대표작으로는 쥐(1998), 청춘예찬(1999), 경숙이 경숙 아버지(2006), 너무 놀라지 마라(2009) 등이 있다.
