반면교사(反面敎師)란 “부정적인 측면에서 깨달음이나 가르침을 주는 사람이나 사물을 일컫는 말”입니다.
고린도교회는 오늘날의 기독교의 반면교사입니다. 고린도 교인들의 언행을 보면 오늘날의 기독교인들이 주목하고 피해야 할 언행들이 총망라되어 있습니다.
또한 고린도전후서는 기독교인들이 유념해야 할 영적 주제들- 예컨대 교회, 성도, 성령, 목회자, 성도의 삶, 사랑, 은사, 거듭남, 부활, 휴거, 다른 복음 등에 대한 성경적 정의와 교훈들을 제시하고 있습니다.
아무쪼록 올바른 신앙의 길을 찾는 이들에게 이 책이 작은 등불이 되기를 바랍니다.
About the author
1952년생. 연세대학교 정치외교학과 및 대학원에서 정책학을 전공하고 1981년부터 동우대학에서 행정학과 교수로 재직하였습니다. 재직 기간 중 대학 IVF 지도교수로 사역하면서 도시공동체 교회를 인도하였습니다.
1991년에 물과 피의 복음으로 거듭난 후 하나님의 부르심을 받고 목회자와 선교사로 중국, 러시아, 방글라데시, 미국 등지에서 선교 활동을 하였습니다. 은퇴 후 제주도에서 원형복음선교회 및 도서출판 의제당 대표로 문서선교에 힘쓰고 있습니다.
