귓가에 울려 퍼지는 여우의 나른한 목소리에 곰의 이성이 끊어졌다.
사람의 모습으로 변해 인간을 잡아먹는다는 여우 전설.
“…그래서 이놈이 여우라고? 나는 그 여우에 홀린 둔치고?”
섬뜩한 전설과 달리 앙증맞은 여우와 원수를 앞에 두고도 마냥 태평한 곰 선비.
여우는 곰의 양기를 원했고, 곰은 ‘진짜’ 여우가 궁금했다.
“거래를 하자.”
“…예?”
“내가 진짜 여우를 탐구하고 기록할 수 있게 해다오.”
