악인은 결코 멍청해서는 안 된다. 악인은 남들이 악인이라는 것을 알아차린다면 끝장나는 것이고 선한 자들이 정해놓은 윤리나 규범에 걸려 좌초하게 되는 것이다. 악인은 선인과 다르면 안 된다. 남들이 보기에는 선인과 다른 것이 없어야 하며 남에게 인정을 받아야 하는 것이다. 위선일지라도 결코 선인의 탈을 벗어서는 악인은 더 이상 존재하지 못하고 사라지는 것이다.
