About the author
저자: 한근태
한스컨설팅 대표이자 서울과학종합대학원 교수. 서울대 섬유공학과를 졸업하고 미국 애크론대학에서 고분자공학 박사학위를 받았다. 한국으로 돌아와 39세에 대우자동차 최연소 이사로 임명돼 화제가 됐다. 그는 40대 초반에 돌연 사직서를 제출하고 컨설턴트가 되기로 마음먹었다. IBS 컨설팅 그룹에 입사하여 현장에서 2년간 실무를 익힌 후 전문가로 거듭나기 위해 핀란드 헬싱키대학에서 경영학 석사 학위를 받았다. 귀국 후 그는 1999년부터 한국리더십센터(미국 프랭클린 회사의 한국 파트너) 소장을 역임하며 지금까지 수많은 대기업에서 자문 및 교육을 병행하고 있다.
