저자 효도실버파워신문(주)는 퇴폐해 가는 우리나라 효 문화 진흥과 급격한 고령화에 따른 노인의 복지를 다루는 주간 신문의 발행회사다. 최성남 대표이사가 1999년 10월 1일 창설하였으며 서울특별시 영등포구 영등포로 109 영등포유통센터 2층 마36호에 있다. 이 전자서적의 편집과 제작은 이국영 국장이 주관하였다.
