세상을 바꾸는 지도자. 바꿈을 당하는 자들은 그를 악마라고 한다 --------------------------- #청와대 대통령 : 국방부장관님 나라를 바꾸려고 대통령이 됐습니다. 국방부장관 : 예, 살기 좋고 부강한 국가로 만들어 주십시오. 대통령 : 그런데 문제가 있어요. 기존 법들에서는 세상 유지만 가능하지 바꿀 수가 없어요. 그리고 잘못된 법들이 너무 많아요. 그 법을 바꾸다가 임기가 끝나거나 바꾸지도 못할 것들이죠. 그래서 위법한 일들을 하려고 합니다. 국방부장관 : 예? 대통령 : 제가 왜 이걸 국방부장관님께 말을 할까요? 군대는 국가라는 깡패의 무력입니다. 약해지면 밖으로는 다른 깡패에게 무너지고 안으로는 조직이 분열되고 질서가 사라지죠. 군대는 젊은이들 강제로 불러다가 인생 좀먹게 하는 곳이 아니란 말입니다. 그런데요. 지금 어떻습니까? 남자고 여자고 정치인이고 모든 국민이 군대가 나라의 척추인 걸 모르는 것 같아요. 가장 큰 게 누구 책임이라고 생각하세요? 국방부장관 : 군이 반성하고.. 대통령 : 군을 탓하는 게 아닙니다.
