Can you guys update this to 2021 there's alot of missing information on here that might mislead alot of people bc there's new rules now and laws they just put in the new DMV books where I live I can't really get one at all and this would be really nice if I could get some help at least..

Why does it says free but require your form of payment? That's outrageous. If you don't have any form of those payments you can't get it. For those that don't have a credit/debit cards, play card, or a PayPal can't get this handbook when a majority of them are most likely too young to even have these things.
