The result is an ideal social order: free of war, conflict, and domination. Looking Backward, 2000-1887 is a science fiction novel, written by Edward Bellamy. Bellamy's utopia responded to the growing rift between the rich and poor which in the American industrial society. This is one of many books in the series 3 Books To Know.
