First of all, this book has a fascinating premise. (It inspired me to do the same!) I read it in 3 1/2 hours. That's not to say it's without its flaws, however. -You can't see all the worst movies in a year without missing some. Even he admits this. -He still thinks MANOS THE HANDS OF FATE is bad, but is rather generous toward it. -Leonard Maltin's picks for some of the worst movies are terrible—not the films themselves, but the choices. They have no business being discussed among "worst movies ever" material. -It seems like the closer he gets to his deadline, the harder he marks movies. You be the judge.
