About the author

Mark was a soldier in the Texas National Guard before being commissioned as an ensign in the United States Navy. Mark has lived in Wales, Japan, and Italy and served in a variety of billets-ashore and a?oat-in the United States and overseas. His awards include the Legion of Merit and Defense Meritorious Service Medal, among other personal, unit, and campaign awards.
