From being a fat depressed guy of 104 kg he transformed himself facing all the criticisms and bearing the intense pain . He was not even able to run even 200 metres but he ultimately completed full marathon(42.2km) and he is fond of mountaineering and Ultra cycling (100+km). He writes when ever he feel the impulses.
