The line between a prose poem and a story is often a thin one, perhaps not discernible at all. Poet SOURAV SAMBIT reside on that thin line.

His poetic creativity is exhibited in almost all the poems , the theme of which mainly relates to social, political , intellectual and moral renovation of human being and society. This young writer makes an incessant quest for finding out the ways and means to get back the vibrant fragrance of humanity and to retain the sanity, rationality the humankind is composed of. As a testimony to it the " A BACKPACKER WHO SCRIBBLES " aptly justify the social and human paradox testifying the maiden work as a small effort in this direction.

He adheres to a definition of the prose poem as "a piece of writing that deploys every tactic of poetry with the single exception of the line break," which means that lyrical novels such as his writing work culture could be classified as a prose poem .

Whether UNSUNG TALES are poems or stories really doesn't matter, though. As SOURAV SAMBIT put it, they "work as missiles, pastries, or treasure chests." We sat down with Brouwer (virtually) to find out more.

Sourav Sambit Tripathy is a 22 year old student hailing from Balangir , a small town in Odisha. His prima facie interest include composing poems, comedy and mimicry. His poetic creativity is exhibited in almost all the poems , the theme of which mainly relates to social, political , intellectual and moral renovation of human being and society. This young writer makes an incessant quest for finding out the ways and means to get back the vibrant fragrance of humanity and to retain the sanity, rationality the humankind is composed of. From being a fat depressed guy of 104 kg he transformed himself facing all the criticisms and bearing the intense pain . He was not even able to run even 200 metres but he ultimately completed full marathon(42.2km) and he is fond of mountaineering and Ultra cycling (100+km). He writes when ever he feel the impulses.
