My first Harlequin in years. So glad I chose this one to jump back into the line! Alexandra and Grant were an exceptional couple that stole my heart and kept me glued to the pages. With a good portion of angst offset with just the right amount of steam I'll be checking more out by this author.

Can they overcome the past and get a second chance at love? These two have strong chemistry. Grant is bitter at first, but his feelings for Alexandra have never died. She feels guilty for the way she treated him, but she can't regret saving him from her father's treachery. Ultimately, she and Grant are very sweet together. Thanks, NetGalley, for the ARC I received. This is my honest and voluntary review.
