The Book discuss the wide range of topics which includes Juvenile delinquency, section 377 Indian Penal Code, concept of cartel in competition law etc. The article at relevant places also cites the Supreme court and High Court Case Laws. In the Book a successful attempt has been made to bring about a synthesis of legal concepts in relation to present circumstances.

Mayank Khari is an aspirant writer and a budding Law Student. He completed his schooling from St. Margaret Sr. Sec. School, Delhi. And is currently pursuing his B.A. LL. B (Hons.) from Jamia Millia Islamia. The author has authored various Research Papers on contemporary Legal Issues.
Aditya Gupta is pursuing BA LLB (Hons) from Jamia Millia Islamia university and has presented and published research paper in various fields of law.
