About this eBook

Hotaru is a 16-year-old high school first-year who has always been ambivalent about love ... but somehow or another, she's found herself going out with Hananoi-kun, the pretty boy from the class down the hall who, as it turns out, is a little too romantic for his own good. But they're not official yet; they're going out on a trial basis, and once Christmas Day comes, they'll be perfect strangers again. Hotaru was fine with that ... until Hananoi-kun gave her the happiest Christmas Eve of her life. Now, with the deadline just hours away, Hotaru's beginning to have second thoughts ...

this guy Hana gives me stalker vibes. Plus, his attraction to Hotaru could have been with any girl that was kind to him at that moment. There didmy seem like any real connection. Plus, the fact he wrote "I want you to be mine" in volume 1 and in volume 2 had told one of her cheerful guy friends (one of her bffs bf) that "I don't want to be your friend so stay back. The only one I care to be friendly with is Hotaru." and the fact he admitted he wants her all to himself and that her time with her family and friends take away there time together. It just screams toxic relationship. I think Hana is in love with the idea of being in love more then actually be in love with who he's supposedly in love with. This manga is so cringy that I don't know if I want to continue and if I do continue is only in hope that there is some real character development, mostly with Hananoi.
