Thus, starting his life as an underdog Mr. Jones prevailed through countless trials, socially, physically and mentally. 

A Dark Walk is about a guy who ages fast and tries to cope with the differences of being older than his siblings. It tells a story about life and its trials. He gets help from the military and ends up becoming successful in life. The speed up life style of the main character makes this book very interesting.
