Wat een ongelooflijk mooi verhaal. Het leest als een speelfilm, je wordt zo door het verhaal opgenomen en begint echt te hopen op bepaalde mensen de oorlog overleeft hebben. Ik kan niet wachten op de verfilming van dit boek. Een boek over de destijds vijand van de Amerikaanse en Engelse bommenwerpers en jagers, de Duitse jachtvliegers. Een verhaal dat de menselijke kant van die piloten laat zien op een indrukwekkende manier. Voor mensen die van spannende boeken houden,Tweede Wereldoorlog en vliegtuigen is dit het boek wat je gelezen moet hebben. Ik heb hem in 1 stuk uitgelezen.....
