Despre autor
Himani Pundir was born and grew up in the picturesque city of Dehradun. Being from the same geographical location as the famous author Ruskin Bond, she took a keen interest in literature and started writing during her school days.
Her stories and poems are highly imaginative and full of empathy. She picked up the art of connecting with her friends and living their stories, in her own mystic way. It is this ability of hers that has enabled her greatly in the creation of this lovely inflorescence of poems.
Her favorite poet is John Donne who has written about platonic love. Metaphysical poetry is her favorite branch of poetry. She is equally capable of writing poetry in both English as well as Hindi.
True to her passion for poems and prose, she has taken up the profession of teaching and has spent nearly 18 years in that profession. Liked immensely by her students, she has touched many lives thereon.
She has been involved as an Editor of the school magazine and has a number of poems published in the annual edition of the school magazine.
