About the author
Vijay helps leading organizations to drive growth through responsible innovation. Vijay led strategic roles at World Economic Forum, Innosight Ventures and Crest Animation Studios before launching his own innovation firm. His work has been featured in books like First Mile & Little Black Book of Innovation and his animation work won a Daytime Emmy nomination. Vijay has spoken at WEF Davos, Cannes Lions, TEDx and has written for WEF Agenda, Huffpost and Forbes. Vijay is a WEF Global Leadership Fellow and holds a Masters in Global Leadership jointly offered by INSEAD, Wharton, Columbia, London Business School & CEIBS, China along with the World Economic Forum. Vijay also holds an MBA from Japan and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from India. He lives with his wife and two kids in Geneva, Switzerland.
