Bill Stroud thought his life was over. Om forfatteren
Jule Miller grew up in Milford Connecticut, was educated and worked as an engineer, and sailed for many years on Long Island Sound. In 1991 he moved to Nevis, where he lives with his wife Heide, writes, and sails on the Caribbean Sea.
