About this ebook

Ad Astra Per Aspera (Though Hardship to the Stars) is a book written in different times. The book was written in three chapters. Chapter I is Titled: Ad Astra Per Aspera and it talked about my imaginary friend I refer to as Raymund/Poy who held a big part of my journey for I was diagnosed with Schizophrenia in 2011 specifically Auditory Hallucination and I have had held voices inside my head from that time on. I included some vision/s that was introduced in July 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Chapter II was Titled: Just Beginnings and discussed unsent letters to Col. Dexter Baguan Ollaging who I have met as a respectable colleague at Apayao Provincial Police Office in 2014 and we shared a bit of a history but remained professional in dealings and relationship all throughout the duration of the courtship.

Chapter III is Titled: Oeuvre and is the author’s beginning with Atty. Raymund Erwin M. Pizarro, the same person referred to in Chapter I. There was a Raymund that actually lived, a real person, the Mayor of UC-LLB Batch 2010 Section A. This would be my classmate who I fell in love with before I acquired the sickness. It was clean love or more aptly called as Attraction. This is in stark contrast to the Raymund/Poy in Chapter I, that one is an imaginary friend, a figment of my imagination and a product of my active mind and my schizophrenic tendencies.

I pray that this book will bless you as it did mine.
