This is the story of Lizzie Barber and Blue Ryder. Lizzie grew up in a very conservative household. Her parents ran a bed and breakfast, and when Lizzie was in college, her parents had financial problems and couldn't help pay for her college tuition. Eventually Lizzie had a huge student loan and no real prospect of paying it off anytime in the near future. After some suggestions by a friend, Lizzie started a cooking webcast that she did entirely on her own. It wasn't your typical cooking show though. Because of the way Lizzie was raised, she felt completely ashamed of herself for doing the kind of show she did, but she was determined to pay off her loans and open her own flower shop. Through hard work and good business decisions, she was able to earn enough to do exactly what she wanted. Unfortunately, Lizzie has a younger sister who has just begun college and Lizzie is doing her best to keep her webcast going and save enough money to continue to pay for her sisters tuition so she can graduate without student loans hanging over her head. While Lizzie is tired of living her secret life, she is proud of herself for working hard and raising the money she has over the years. It's the one thing though that's keeping her from saying yes to Blue when he asks her out. She doesn't think anyone could understand why she does what she does. Blue has wanted to go out with Lizzie since the first time he met her. Unfortunately, she turned him down. Just like she has continued to do for the past year. They're still good friends though and he's working on remodeling her kitchen, so he's always around. One day, Blue finally wears Lizzie down, and she agrees to go out with him. Blue learned so much more about Lizzie and her giving heart, that he couldn't help falling for her. Until the day Lizzie tells him about her secret. Blue really struggled with it at first. But he cared too much about her to let her video webcast destroy what they had. This was such a great story. It had just enough heat and chemistry between the characters, but also showed the struggles some couples go through. The relationship wasn't all roses and sunshine. They faced real obstacles. Not just from her webcast, but also from her family. And Blue was human. He was a super sweet guy that didn't handle it well when Lizzie explained about her show, but quickly realized that it just a business and a means to an end. I enjoyed not only getting to know Lizzie and Blue, but also the rest of the characters in the book. I highly recommend this book. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

4.5 STARS SEIZED BY LOVE AT SEASIDE by Addison Cole is a sweet, heartwarming tale that was a pleasure to read. Lizzie and Blue are two characters that stole my heart. Lizzie is sweet and kind, and, despite keeping a pretty big secret from Blue, is the type of person that deserves love and happiness. Blue, well, what can I say but Book Boyfriend! He's uber-sexy because he is just the nicest guy ever! There was only one slight thing that I didn't absolutely love about this story and that had to do with the plot - the secret Lizzie keeps. Secrets aren't one of my favorite story lines but Ms. Cole still managed to bring it all together in a way that made me cheer and make me forget that I don't like secrets! Ms. Cole certainly held my heart and mind throughout the tale. I found the story to be filled with laughter and joy along with some sadness and tears. Overall, it's a wonderful tale that fills the heart with joy and an overall feel good feeling. (received ARC for honest review)

I love Addison Cole books... Sweet with heat... She writes with all the feels, her characters all so very real, you feel like they are your best friends​... Blue Ryder & Lizzy Barber have been Dancing around each other for over a year, but Lizzy has secrets she doesn't think anyone will understand.
