Every action in our life is motivated by that strong desire, but still, during difficult events of our lives, we tend to behave in habitual patterns and avoid what is uncomforting to us even when we know that the comfort which we are gaining out of it will be temporary. We respond to these times in ways that surrender our own happiness, causing irreparable damage to self.
The book rides you through the most painful times of your life and shows how during those crucial times of adversity you could change the poisons within you into medicine and healings for others and lead your life with utmost dignity and meaning without causing damage to self.

About the author

Aditi Shukla spends most of her time thinking and struggling to turn every minute into something valuable and worthwhile. She is the most ordinary person you could come across, and engineering and MBA are the cherries on the cake adding some flavour to her ordinariness. Being a classical dancer from the soul and a writer at heart constitutes and gives Aditi Shukla the courage to become a human resource professional who is fighting hard to be able to save her ordinary essence in the world full of extraordinary people. The idea of the book was not random; it was a disguised dream!
One dark day, when she was suffering the most difficult time of her life, instead of witnessing herself going through that pain every day, she decided to pen down her pain on paper. Gradually, the paper turned out to be a prescription for others, and from there she continued to forge ahead with the dream of changing poison into medicine.
