Lawrence “Larry” Spencer has worked in the Ministry of Helps in various churches for 33 years. He graduated from Bible school in 1983 and was ordained 2 years later. The Ministry of Helps Manual and this training program have been refined over time and used successfully in many churces. This is the first time they have been formally published.
