En la vida todo tiene su inicio, y el mío como autor, el primer aliciente lo tuve con la gacetilla de mi pueblo, Castañares de Rioja, llamada Río Fresco. Comencé como redactor contando cosas sencillas de mi villa y eso me llevo, a la imaginación, de crear historias de ficción como La bandolera, El lego, David de Toledo y al recordar los viejos tiempos de mi aventura con mi diario natal me, invade la nostalgia, que a la vez me anima a no dejar la pluma y seguir en la brecha con ilusión y humildad.
