Ahmet Büke Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi İktisat bölümünden mezun olmuştur. İlk eseri "İzmir Postası'nın Adamları" olan yazar, 2008'de "Alnı Mavide" ile Oğuz Atay Öykü Ödülü'nü, 2011'de Kumrunun Gördüğü adlı kitabı ile Sait Faik Hikâye Armağanı'nı almıştır. Öyküleri; AdamÖykü, Özgür Edebiyat ve Patika dergilerinde yayımlanmıştır.
