I received an Advanced Reader Copy of this book. Cherry goes to the abandoned warehouse where her father was murdered. She is looking into his death and wants to find his killer. She wants the truth. Leon is the head of the Union Club M/C. The Boss. The Prez. He is second generation Russian and in his past, has been affiliated with them. Leon is also looking for info on Cherry's father. When their paths cross, they are in for one wild ride. Speaking of wild rides, THE SEX WAS OFF THE CHARTS ! Leon is the handsome, sexy white knight leading the charge to fight for what he believes in. With the help of Cherry, gorgeous and tenacious, they become unstoppable. THIS BOOK HAD ME FROM THE START ! GREAT STORYLINE, VERY ORIGINAL, FILLED WITH INTERESTING CHARACTERS ! ROMANTIC SUSPENSE AT ITS BEST !

I am a Fan of Alexis Abbott I love all of her Hitman, but I also love all the heroines and Cherry is such a fascinating character. Cherry is a New York journalist writing fashion articles living in her own little bubble. Its not what she wants to write about she really wants to write hard hitting stories , stories that make a difference. Cherry's father passes away under mysterious circumstances, and Cherry must return to New Jersey her hometown to find out what really happens . She finds a abandoned warehouse where her father died and finds some thugs beating the heck outta someone. Then she flees when they see her and she runs for help right into a crooked cop who called, Leon the thug that was chasing Cherry. Cherry really finds herself in a mixed and dangerous situations, but instead of running she bucks up and learns who she really is and what she's made of. Leon is a former Hitman who now is the president of his own MC he is trying to keep his town for going into ruin, and letting small business go under, he believes in fair wages , and is tired of the FBI poking their heads in to everything. As soon as Leon sees Cherry he remembers saving her from drowning when they where kids and knows that fates has brought her back for him. I loved this one it was so different then the typical hitmen books it was definitely more MC and helping the small man to stay afloat. Leon the way he cares and acts around his crew and Cherry made me swoon so much. I want more , I really think this could be a great spinoff
