About the author
From 1980-84, Alfred Colo, as Vice President of the Coney Island Polar Bear Club, initiated a monthly newsletter. Upon relocating to New Fairfield, Rev. Peabody, of the Reformed Church, became his mentor for his early bible studies and subsequent attempts at Inspirational Verse, resulting in two volumes of Chapters "n" Verse, later to become The Inspired Word Since 1984, Alfred has also been a long-standing contributor to The Citizen News in New Fairfield, CT which included his submittal of poetry, news articles, and photography.
