This is book nineteen in The Casanova Club Series and it is Camden and Avery's story. Camden is a workaholic since Piper chose another man to marry so his business partner decided to put his profile on a dating site and even though he is not happy about it be decides to think about it. Avery and Camden have been best friends for years and she has now got a job at his company she hopes that she can help him move forward with his dating even though she knows that it will hurt her to see him with other women as she has been in love with him for years but he doesn't know as she has never made it obvious but she just wants him to be happy even if it is not with her. Camden always thought Avery was beautiful but she is even more so now and she is kind and funny and he doesn't like how he feels when he sees her with other men. Will Avery and Camden ever get a chance to realise that they fit together perfectly and have great chemistry or will they continue to just remain friends and miss out on something special. Ali Parker is an amazing author and writer and she certainly knows how to keep her reader's attention right from the first page until the last and her books are so addictive that you don't want to put them down and they are always real page turner's. The perfect balance for Camden Avery, a forever single gal, goes to work with Camden, the advisor Casanova, who has been her best friend since they were children. As the story progresses a dare is issued, things are bought to their attention, and the change in how they are could cause their foundation to fall apart. Ali Parker has provided the perfect balance for Camden in Avery I am so excited that the bachelors of the Casanova Club Piper didn’t pick are getting a chance at a happy ending. Best friends to lovers? Yes please, sign me up now! Camden was another of the Casanova bachelors that stole my heart during the original run of the series. And it hurt my very soul to watch Piper leaver him at the end of his month. This book makes up for all of that pain. Avery is an independent free spirit who’s known Camden most of his life and been there to support him for all of that time. Been at least half in love with him during it, too. She’s not awed by his success and she’s not afraid to challenge him when he’s wrong. Together, they just click. I loved watching Camdem come to the realization that there was more to his feelings for his best friend and trying to figure out what to do with them. I almost wish we’d had more time to spend with them, I had so much fun. I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.
