So far I've only read Reignited in this boxset and if this story is any indication, I can't wait to read the rest of the books in this collection!! Mason and Harper have returned to their hometown for their 10 year reunion. Back in high school, the time was never right for them but their attraction was always present. This weekend will give them the chance to see if the chemistry is still there and if the time will finally be right for them. I absolutely loved Mason and Harper!! One of my favorite parts of this story was the flashbacks to high school that showed just how long these two have been harboring feelings for one another. I also loved how both of them put everything out there all the time. There was no real back and forth, I wonder what he/she is thinking. I can't wait to finish the other 21 stories in this collection!

I haven’t read this anthology in its entirety; therefore this review is only for “Once a Bridesmaid” by Courtney Hunt. If only Lauren's story was not real life. I have been in her shoes and lived her life and know what it means to shake and break out in a sweat when voices are raised. Child abuse takes many forms, and Lauren's reaction to permanent relationships is not at all unusual. That Kyle could see beyond her brittle exterior to the wounded woman's soul, speaks of a man who is capable of great kindness and insight. I loved Lauren's quirky, artistic temperament, and Kyle was a perfect fit. As a soldier, a journalist and photographer, his whole make-up is one of protector and gentle artist. I did find the explicit sex uncomfortable, but I have also observed that many women who have been hurt attempt to find warmth through the physical act, while not wanting to commit themselves or allow anyone to get close. I delighted in Kyle's gentle luring of Lauren into his arms, and the way in which he patiently wooed her. I was pleased that the book came to a satisfactory ending.

Heart of a Liar by: Ella Miles A phenomenal read. I was captivated from he first word till the last. Luca and Ivy's story is beautiful. My favorite quotes: Luca to Ivy ~ "Don't worry, princess; the scars are worth it. Because every time I look at them or feel them, I'll remember how I felt in this moment, how happy and loved I was, if only for a short time."
