About this ebook

Enjoy this hot and hilarious alien abduction romance by USA Today Bestselling Author Skye MacKinnon...

Getting probed by aliens was only the beginning...

I was abducted by incompetent aliens. They didn't know what they were doing and they still don't have a clue. Now that we're done with all the probing, they're taking lessons in 'Caring for Vulnerable Females' and 'Nest Building for Beginners' and want to turn me into their mate. And no, they don't listen when I tell them I don't need a nest.

In theory, I could fall for these three hunky aliens who can bring me more pleasure than I ever dreamed of, but we're being watched and analysed every minute of the day. A creepy professor from the Intergalactic University uses us as examples for her lessons, sometimes with dangerous consequences, and there's nothing we can do about it.

I don't want to be a science experiment, but can I resist falling for the aliens who stole me from Earth?

If you want sexy aliens who will protect their mate at all cost, a sassy female who doesn't need protecting, plus every single alien abduction trope imaginable, scroll up and read this book today. Beware, you may be abducted at any moment, so don't waste time.

In order to complete their course, Xil, Matar, Havel and their abductee Trish, have agreed to be a case study for their professor's Alien Abduction for Professionals class. They are to take her out in public, so off to the market they go. Shopping brings all sorts of challenges for this 4-some. The book is well paced, funny, a few twists, turns, sizzle, steam, and more. Book 3 is out soon and I can't wait. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This is kind of a crazy story that can’t be taken seriously and must be accompanied by lots of laughter! Trish is abducted from Earth by 3 aliens, Xil, Havel, and Matar. To get a passing grade in their abduction class and their certificate from IGU, Xil, Matar, Havel and their abductee, Trish, were required to agree to be a case study in Professor Katila's class, “Alien Abduction for Professionals”. Their assignments seem to be to test how the men will respond in situations where something will happen to their mate. How far will the men go to comply with what the professor is asking them to do? Will Trish be harmed?

The writing and editing of the ARC version of the manuscript was fairly clean, with occasional typos and generally well constructed sentences. The world building was fairly well done, with the space station coming to life. The characterization was well done, with heroine especially being a sympathetic individual with nuance. The three heroes are somewhat less well drawn, but that is a common issue with reverse harem romances, understandably. The development of the romantic relationship was sweet, with a heat level of three chili peppers. The plot and pacing were quick and exciting. I read this installment in one sitting. There was low angst and high stakes in this novel, which tends to be one of my preferred narrative structures for a romance novel. This novel used the Stranger in a Strange Land trope, which I typically enjoy quite a bit. The world building, plot, and pacing were all four stars. The characterization and development of the romantic relationship also rated four stars. I therefore gave this novel a combined rating of four stars. I enjoyed this installment much more than the first one, since I felt the author really dialed down the silliness. Unfortunately, this installment ended on a cliffhanger ending instead of a Happy Ever After ending. That was a big drawback to this story. I recommend this novel to readers who enjoy sci-fi romances with some humor and don’t mind cliffhanger endings. I will probably read the last installment in this series, but am not sure I am interested in reading other series by this author since it seems she writes almost exclusively series with cliffhanger endings. I do not plan to buy myself a keeper copy of this story, because of the cliffhanger ending. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

About the author

Skye MacKinnon is a USA Today & International Bestselling Author whose books are filled with strong heroines who don't have to choose. She embraces her Scottishness with fantastical Scottish settings and a dash of mythology, no matter if she's writing about Celtic gods, cat shifters, or the streets of Edinburgh. When she's not typing away at her favourite cafe, Skye loves dried mango, as much exotic tea as she can squeeze into her cupboards, and being covered in pet hair by her bunny diva and cat princess.
